The team was responsive, thoughtful, and immediately understood exactly the kind of experience I was looking for.My guide, Mustapha, was phenomenal. His knowledge of Moroccan history and architecture was extensive, but what made the experience truly special was how he connected it to his own personal experiences growing up in Morocco. He explained the meaning behind design elements, craftsmanship, and cultural traditions in a way that brought the city to life. He also took me through quieter, off-the-beaten-path areas of the Medina that most tourists would never discover on their own.The tour felt authentic, personal, and deeply enriching. It genuinely transformed my experience in Marrakech and became one of the highlights of my trip. Our 8-day private family trip with Saharai Morocco Tours was truly unforgettable. Every detail was perfectly planned, from Casablanca to Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, and the magical Merzouga desert.The breathtaking Ouzoud Waterfalls to the sunrise hot air balloon ride and our luxury desert camp stay, every moment was beautiful and memorable.What made our trip even more beautiful was our amazing guide, Rachid. He welcomed us like family and made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I was suggested this agency by a friend and I had a great experience. Communication before travelling was excellent, Rahid was always available and ready to adjust the tour according to our needs and requests. Mohamed, our driver, was kind and reliable. We were also offered a typical Berber lunch with their family, which was amazing. Accommodations were really good, specially the desert camp, we loved it. Also the food, breakfasts and dinners were really appreciated, I am vegan and I found really good options.

I want to highly recommend this company. My family spent five days in Marrakech. We used Saharai tours for airport transfers, private Marrakech tour, and the Atlas Mountains private tour. They were always very responsive to our requests, always on time, and provided personable guides. This is a five star company and Semra was a pleasure to work with.

A British friend who is a resident of Marrakech booked a private guided walking tour of the Marrakech Medina for the two of us: a fascinating four-hour exploration of the Saadian Tombs, Mellah, Bahia Palace, souks and Ben Youssef Medersa. Our guide, Mustapha, was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us sufficient information without overloading us, and happy to answer our many questions. A private tour is obviously more expensive than going in a group, but the personal touch is definitely worth it.
